using a credit/debit card, Afterpay, or PayPal. Payment is required at the time of purchase and your order
will not be shipped until payment is completed.
Nuestra Casita Co. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Refund & Return Policy

Nuestra Casita Co. offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible items. If you are not happy with
your purchase, return it within 30 days in its original, like-new condition for a full refund.If your
terracotta holder arrives broken, we will exchange it within 30 days. If the item is out of stock, we will
offer a store credit or a product of similar value.
Each of our holders is handmade and unique. Small differences between the product images and the
product you receive are expected and are not grounds for a refund or exchange.
