As first-generation children of immigrants and US Army veterans, we've experienced firsthand the importance of keeping our cultural connections vibrant and alive. ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

We're Andy and Guadalupe, and at the heart of Nuestra Casita Co is a story that spans generations. It's a story that began long before us, with our parents who immigrated from Mexico to the United States. Their courage laid the foundation for everything we do. As US Army veterans, we've been shaped by a life of service, and we bring that dedication to our work every day. Our brand is our way of honoring that legacy—offering you a piece of history, a connection to culture, and homeware that celebrates our roots with respect and authenticity.

Our journey began not just to fill a gap in representation but to build bridges to a future where we could give back in a significant way. As biology students with a vision to open clinics in underserved areas of Mexico, we saw Nuestra Casita Co as our first step towards this dream. Our experiences as children of immigrants, with backgrounds spanning undocumented journeys to military service, shape our understanding of resilience, community, and the longing for a connection to our cultural roots. It’s a tribute to our families, to the struggles and triumphs of our communities, and a pledge to support those on similar paths through our Puente de Esperanza Foundation.

Returns and Exchanges

Please provide a brief description of your reason for the return or exchange and include any relevant photos. This will help us understand your concern better and process your request quickly. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which we will invoice before sending. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

  • We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee on all our items. Should you wish to make a return, simply ensure it’s initiated within 30 days of purchase. We kindly ask that you return the items in their original, like-new condition for a full refund.

    Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which we will invoice before sending. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

  • Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. For exchanges, particularly for damaged items, we aim to expedite the process and complete it within 72 hours on business days to ensure minimal inconvenience to you.

Warranty

We proudly provide a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing defects and damages. This warranty is our way of standing behind our work and ensuring that every piece you bring into your home meets our highest standards for durability and performance.

    Please note that our warranty does not cover accidental breakage of ceramic utensil holders or spoon rests. However, if your item arrives broken, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can make it right.

    If you’ve accidentally broken your holder or spoon rest, please feel free to DM or email us—we’d be happy to offer a special discount toward a replacement as a thank-you for being part of our comunidad.
